Jon Ingham is an experienced and engaging international keynote speaker who is increasingly asked to chair, moderate and facilitate conferences, panels and other sessions.
Working around the world, Jon trains HR practitioners and others through in-house training sessions as as well as open courses with various providers. As a consultant he works globally across all sectors helping devise and develop strategic, high impact approaches to people. |
As an author, Jon has now written two books. His first book, 'Strategic Human Capital Management: Creating Value through People' features case studies from RBS, BT, Orange, Ernst & Young, BBC, the Cabinet Office and other leading organizations. In collaboration with Dave Ulrich, Jon has written an article 'Building Better HR Departments' published in the Strategic HR Review, Vol. 15 Issue: 3, pp.129 - 136.
